today we rented quads on a ranch here on the island. i had never driven one! and had such an excellent time roaming the land and visiting the horses, who are skinny but very sociable.

jejudo is hot and sticky and full of big rocky beaches. the first one we went to is named "dragon's head beach" because of the big rocks that look like dragon's heads coming out of the water. the resemblance is questionable but the whole scene is beautiful- i have never seen a beach like it.

hey friends, i'm here in KOREA! i just ate spicy fish for breakfast and now i'm off to the island of jeju for a few days to hang by the beach and roam some ginseng farms.

i must make an excuse at some point to live in the city by the bay. i could eat fresh seafood and watch the fog roll in every night.

yes, i know it's very touristy and whatever whatever, but i do love riding the cable cars each time i'm in san fransisco. i caught it at sunset when i was there last week to revel in the rolling hills and bask in the sea-breeze.
